The extensive shift in the consumer-led economy is only in its infancy. Whereas, current business models have been able to function successfully based on distribution-orientated model, the current pace of change will put the consumer in the driving seat. This will bring with it extensive and significant changes. Organizations and companies who want to stay relevant need to learn how to understand the consumer culture and its environment, within which their customers live and act.
Based on over 20 years of ongoing anthropological studies of consumers we know how to map and predict human behavior, summed up in a number of consumer tribes and trends. This lecture will be expanded into a strategic workshop, giving you the tools to be able to be proactive in a rapidly approaching future.

Consumer Tribes. We take classic consumer segmentation to a new level and present you with today’s consumer tribes – knowledge of humans social and cultural communities based on ethnographic in-depth studies.
Consumer Trends. We present a number of strong trends that impact consumers of today. You will learn how to identify the transient and ephemeral nature of trends, and what constitutes real change.
